Mobility has a base \u2013 Aggregates and asphalt<\/h2>\n

Under the umbrella of Basalt AG, the Aggregates business unit extracts high-quality hard stones from approximately 90 of its own quarries, refines, and markets them. A significant portion of these raw materials is used by 159 of its own plants to produce asphalt mix for road construction. The product portfolio also includes water construction stones, railway ballast, and chippings. Basalt AG operates in a closed loop \u2013 and recycles mineral residues, for example, in the reclamation of its quarries or for landfill sealing. The construction chemistry sector rounds off the offering.<\/p>\n

The products of the Aggregates business unit create connections, ensuring a functioning infrastructure for people and the economy \u2013 they are the base of mobility.<\/p>\n<\/div>
